Wood-fired Smoked Meats

Lil Pig Lil Pig is a wood-fired smokehouse and scratch kitchen in Uptown Village. Heritage animals from farms we know by name, smoked low and slow over oak and cherry. Bread baked in-house every day by our full-time bakers. Fries cut by hand and fried in tallow. Twenty-four Northwest taps, craft cocktails, and the official 3 Howls Distillery tasting room — all in a house that's been standing on Main Street since 1905.

New-School Smokehouse. Old-School Hospitality.

This is smokehouse cooking the new-school way: a chef running the pits, a menu that follows the seasons and respects the whole animal, and a kitchen that makes everything — everything — from scratch. The brisket is Snake River Farms F1 Wagyu. The pork is heritage breed: Duroc, Berkshire, Red Wattle, Washington-raised Mangalitsa. The rule that decides what we cook is simple: raised right, sourced close, worth the wood. Whether it turns on the wood-fired rotisserie or rides the offset smoker through the night, if it's on your tray, it's been through the fire.

Twenty-four taps. All Northwest. Come Thirsty. Leave Happy

We're pouring Northwest craft beer, craft cocktails, local wine, and Washington spirits — rotating constantly, so there's always something new worth a snouty cheers. We're also the official tasting room for 3 Howls Distillery, so you can taste the spirits right where the food was made to pair with them. Not quite done? Fill a growler or grab a bottle to go. Pull up a seat on the porch, order a Hog Wash, and stay a while

What are your new to the area?Or lived in the community for a long time, i can highly and strongly recommend Lil Pig Lil Pig. When walking up the steps, you can smell the aroma from the smoker of the amazing meats being tended to. I had the privilege of meeting the owner Brendan(very nice guy). Here's an amazing man ... with lots of knowledge and the taste for good food. I myself ordered the little pig burger. The meat literally melts in your mouth and a brioche bun or a house made and are perfect pairing with the burger. The pulled pork is delectable tender, soft in the burnt edge pieces give you alot of flavor and smoked tastes. The house cut fries are perfect, crisp and golden. The ancho sauce that comes with the fries is sweet and perfect and even better when you soak your pulled pork into it. The ciders on tap pair, wonderful with anything you will order. I have yet to try it.But they have their own distilled house whiskey. Whether you're dining alone, out on a date or out with the family. This place is perfect for a terrific night out. They even have waygu on the menu on the weekends. But if you want that get her early because it sells out quick. I can guarantee you that I will be back hungry for more.

Lil Pig is the a new restaurant by Brandon and Marci Rush who also own Hungry Sasquatch and 3 Howls Distillery in Battle Ground. It's an order at the counter joint that's super popular. One reason for the lines is chef Ryan Slattery who worked at Lardo and Bluto's across the river. The bar is geared for those who ... like spirits neat or old fashioneds. I ordered a Hog Wash (bacon fat washed bourbon, maple syrup, Angostura and orange bitters). It was ok but I hope they expand their bar to be able to make other craft cocktails. Based on a recommendation I went with their Wagyu Brisket. The portion was smaller than I expected but I have to say it was the most tender I've ever had. Lil Pig sources all their meat locally and butcher it in-house. My step son had the Lil Pig Burger (2 patties, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, Pimento cheese on a house made molasses brioche bun). Street parking is catch-as-catch-can. -VanPort Insider

Ate lunch here for the first time. Food was delicious, albeit, pricey for the salad portions, but they were very good. My son absolutely loved the pulled pork sandwich! Overall great atmosphere, yummy food, and kept cool inside.

Definitely not a corporate BBQ chain here! The old converted house is charming as hell. The service was wonderful, one of the chefs was working the till and was very helpful explaining the menu. We ordered the pork belly, chicken, pulled pork sanwhich, tallow fries and corn bread. It was more than we could eat in one ... sitting. The quality of the food was excellent. Be warned brisket is only served on the weekend. We will be going back to try it!

My wife and I tried this place out for the first time and got the "2 meats 2 sides" for lunch. We did the Waygu Brisket, Smoked Chicken, Cornbread, and Tallow Fries. Aside from the cornbread being a little dry, all the food was delicious! Portions were great as well and my wife and I were reasonably full after ... splitting the meal. We will definitely be back to try the other meats and sides. Best BBQ in Vancouver I would say!
